4) GOVERNMENT REFORM – The governor has significant authority to set statewide priorities for managers.  What specific priorities would you establish to reform state government and what examples from your experience demonstrate how you would follow through on this?

5) EDUCATION – What are you plans to bring our educational system back to the top 10% versus the basement?

1) The state has acquired $272M for Rural Health care.  In your administration, who decides how that will be distributed, and what kind of oversight will there be?
